TCC Column #3 - Penang Buffet

In this installment, TCC recommends The Penang Buffet available at the Copthorne King's Hotel (Singapore). This buffet deserves high praise for it's selection and quality of food that exceeded TCC's expectations. The chefs in charge of the spread took great care in preparing food that sticks very closely to its Penang roots. TCC insists that this is one of the few buffets that one would be willing to partake of more than once.

FD Senior took TCC's recommendation and brought us there to celebrate his birthday and he was incredibly pleased with the selection and the quality of food available. He did comment though, that the cost for dinner - SGD$33.00+++ - is on the stEEp side. I agree with his conclusion.
