Weight: 106Kg
CP for week 2: 45%
Reflection: Feeling nauseous and lethargic after having vegetable soup for dinner for too many days in a row. Need to add a little variety to make this endeavor a little more palatable. I have little or no strength to exercise because of the above, thus skipping 3 sessions this week. Weight has gone down a little. I have to put in more effort in choosing what goes in my body.
